You fire two gadgets, even if the loadout list holds three names. Give those two buttons different jobs. A pair of guns looks busy and then loses the ball to someone who can still move.
This page is a way to choose. It is not a class unlock. Striker, chaos, and keeper are decisions you make for the next match, not items in a roster menu.
Three jobs
| Job | Button 1 | Button 2 | When it fails |
|---|---|---|---|
| Striker | Movement: Grappling Hook or Jetpack | Protection or one disrupt: Forcefield, Freeze Gun, or Rocket Punch | You launch before you can see the landing, or you shoot the gun at the net. |
| Chaos | Movement, so you can arrive | One gun, oil, or the bazooka | Both buttons are guns and nobody on your side is left to kick. |
| Keeper | A lane tool: Oil Spill or Barricades | A reach tool: Grappling Hook or Jetpack, for the rebound or a clearance | The wall covers your eyes, or the jetpack lands you beside the goal instead of in front of it. |
Change one slot at a time across several possessions. If the new slot never has a moment where you can name the target, take it off.
Energy Drink and Supercharge are the awkward pair. One shop table calls them a short boost and a short speed burst. A dribbling tutorial calls Energy Drink infinite stamina. If your card matches the infinite-stamina claim, it can be the striker's second button. If the card is vague, do not spend rolls chasing it. The gadget priorities explain that editorial choice.
Two pitches guides keep naming
Official map names are not in the experience description. Community guides and footage describe two looks:
- A desert or canyon pitch, with bright stadium light. A jetpack hangs in the open and is easy to see. Grapple and oil are the stable tools.
- A coastal pitch, with cliffs, water, and height. The jetpack is more useful, and a landing outside the play is a wasted tool. Promotional art matches this cliff-and-water look.
There is no confirmed third pitch and no collectible hidden in the rocks. Learn the goals, the width, and the path back to your own net on whatever pitch you spawn into. A September clubs writeup suggests private matches can pick a map. That settings list is marked as possible, not confirmed. Read the menu if you see it.
What not to copy
Do not copy a rarity label into both slots. A Mythic Jetpack plus a random Epic is not a plan if you cannot name the landing and the second job.
Do not equip two unread buffs. You will not learn which one did the work.
In Ranked, Illegal and Legal are different games. The loadout above is for Illegal Ranked and public matches. Legal Ranked turns items off, so the pair does not matter there. See ranked and clubs.
